You make plans and God laughs at them

You know the old saying you make plans and God laughs at them . at least that's what my mother used to say I was checking my organizer and scheduled events and pops up week of the 26 of March Craig hospital reevaluation had plans of traveling somewhere else that week but this is a majorly important week for me . Craig hospital has one of the number one in the nation when it comes to spinal cord rehabilitation I didn't do my initial rehabilitation at Craig hospital . I wish I had mine was done at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore , Maryland . when I first moved out here . I was unaware of Craig hospital actually another disabled person had mentioned it to me . we were talking about getting a physical . he mentioned to me . have you ever heard about Craig hospital in Denver vaguely was my response I made an appointment there and talk about opening your eyes to a new world outside of the excellent care they provide they are 100% on top of the latest technology concerning everything from the latest in spinal cord regeneration to the latest gadgets , which I particularly like helping to make your life a little bit easier , and also with the latest information with the living with a disability , which I especially like , because it's more realistic to fit my attitude it's like they're philosophy is you're going to be in this wheelchair for quite a while . you might as well be healthy and happy and productive extremely close to my philosophy of how I live :-) . just like Kennedy Institute in Baltimore , Maryland , and John Hopkins . Craig hospital is connected to another renowned hospital via a tunnel . the Swedish medical Center this may be familiar to some people when the unfortunate events unfolded . here in Colorado with the Columbine massacre with those two teenagers who decided to shoot up a school killing many people and wounding others . Swedish medical Center was the hospital they rush the wounded to so basically when a person like myself with a disability goes up or a week and has a reevaluation and encompasses everything able-bodied person would have done . and he or she's doctors office that mine last week you stay in the outpatient hotels" Sheridan for the disabled" right next to the hospital . the hotels are three-bedroom , all the way down to one bedroom for people who may be coming out of town , bringing their families your first day is the hardest in my opinion you first appointment starts at 8 a.m. and you last appointment is roughly around 4:30 p.m. in between , then you see everyone from a urologist technology you may have MRI done nuclear medicine physical therapy , occupational therapy therapeutic recreation sexuality counseling fertility specialist driving reevaluation . everything you can think of and then some . I enjoy going every year , because it gives me a chance to see old friends and this year I think of going to enjoy doing some sightseeing although when I first got here . I sought out the nightlife . I really haven't had a chance to see the mile high city . I'm always so busy trying to get away from Colorado . sometimes overlook the beauty that is here but sometimes that's the case with people who live in cities that have beautiful sites around them I partially grew up in Washington DC , and it wasn't until I was moving . I decided to take a tour around Washington DC here is the web site and a video link showing you the Craig experienceCraig web site and video have a happy St. Patrick's Day I think of going to going to have green beer tonight Tonight I will be 38 years old in the few weeks and I have never completed a beer don't like the taste . just want to be able to say . I drank green beer on St. Patrick's Day . :-)
