Harley-Davidson and Honda on the disabled list?

This isn't my motorcycle so for you motor heads out there if you have any questions about the specifics I will find out from him he's a good friend of mine

Of course not a Harley-Davidson or Honda could never be on the disabled list . only if it was designed like this and that is , this is a modified Honda Valkyeir. that is driven from the sidecar designed for disabled driver the user drives his wheelchair up the extended ramp and the sidecar all of the controls are right there and off you go born to be wild . how about born to be disabled and wild :-)
